      Remove and Delete your user/account

      Remove your user: 

      If you wish to remove your user from a Komp, please follow these steps:

      1. Open the Komp app and log in.
      2. Go to Settings > Manage Users > Connected to this Komp.
      3. At the bottom of the page, there is an option to select "Remove me from this Komp".

      Removing you from the Komp will not delete your user. If you want to delete your profile, you must also follow the steps below.

      Please note that it is not possible to remove your user if you are the last administrator. In that case, you must reset the Komp. Learn more about how you reset you Komp.

      Delete your account:

      1. Open the Komp app and log in.
      2. Go to Settings > My Profile > Delete Account.
      3. Before deleting your account, you must remove your profile from Komp. Please follow the steps above.
