Updating your payment details

In order to change your payment details for your Komp subscription, please call 020 3966 5397 or e-mail support@noisolation.com, mentioning the name and e-mail address the Komp is registered under.

If you have a 4G Subscription via the Google Play Store or Apple Store, please read below:

Google Play Store (Android)

The Google Play Store allows Android users to make payments for recurring charges or subscriptions, including the 4G subscription for Komp. The Google Play Store charges your specified payment method automatically on the same date each billing period.

You can change your payment details in your Google Play Account, under Payments and Subscriptions:

  1. Open the Google Play app.
  2. Go to your profile (icon in the top right corner)
  3. Tap Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions
  4. Tap on the Komp subscription
  5. Next to Primary payment method, tap Update
  6. Add the new card details

Please note that subscription cancellations cannot be undone, although you can always re-subscribe in the future. 

App Store (iOS)

Like the Google Play Store, the App Store allows iOS users to make payments for recurring charges or subscriptions, including the 4G subscription for Komp. The App Store charges your specified payment method automatically on the same date each billing period.


To change your payment details on your iPhone or iPad please open the Settings app on your device:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Payment & Shipping.
  4. Tap edit or Add Payment Method
