Log in with email
1. Press "Log in"
2. Press "Log in with Komp account"
3. Enter your email and password and press "Log in"
4. You logged in and can start using Komp!
Log in with App, Google or Facebook
1. Press "Log in"
2. Press "Log in with Komp account"
3. Choose the option you have been using before
4. Follow the steps to log in.
Log in with phone number
We are currently phasing out this login method.
1. Press "Log in"
2. Continue with SMS
3. Enter you phone number, press "Next"
4. Enter the log in code that you received via SMS, press "Done"
5. "Log in update" - Update you log in details. You will use your email to log in the next time.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
No problem, follow these steps.
1. Press "Forgot password?"
2. Type in your email address, press "Submit"
3. Email sent. We've sent a email containing a link that will allow you to reset your password.
4. Please open your email. If you are unable to locate the Password Reset email, kindly check your junk folder. If you don't receive an email, it is possible that you are utilizing an alternate login method or using a different email address.
5. Click on the green button "Change password".
6. Update your password. Write your new password and confirm the password again.
7. Password updated. Your password has been successfully updated, and you will now be able to use your new password for logging in.
