If you want to keep any pictures, administrators can download them in the app by pressing on the three dots next to the photo > Download photo.
- In order to factory reset Komp, it needs to be online and you need to be an administrator.
- From the Komp app, go to Settings > Komp Settings in the top right corner
- Tap About Komp
- Tap Factory Reset Komp on the bottom and follow the in-app instructions
Komp can also be reset by our support team. Please make sure the Komp is online. If you have moved Komp from its previous location, you might need to add WiFi again. When contacting No Isolation, please have the serial number at hand.
