28/9 - Issue with Logging into the Komp App

Update 29/09: Solution found and rolled out

Overview

We are currently experiencing the following issues for our users:

  • Problems logging in
  • Problems requesting a new password
  • Problems creating a new user

This specifically affects customers using Android version 14, but we have also seen that customers with other versions are experiencing the same issues, though not all.

iOS users can still log in. Some iOS users have encountered login problems. If this occurs, please delete the app and download it again. Then try logging in as usual!

What We Are Doing About It

We are actively working to identify and resolve the issue. An updated version of the app is being developed and will be submitted to Google for approval. This process may take some time, and we expect a new version of the app to be available shortly.

Expected Timeline

It is difficult to predict how long this will take, but we strive to launch the updated app as soon as possible.
