      2. Video Calls

        • Maintain appropriate behavior during video calls
        • Respect the privacy and dignity of all participants
        • Be mindful of automatic answer features and use them responsibly

      For care institutions using Komp Pro:

      1. Patient Privacy

        • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information
        • Follow applicable healthcare privacy regulations
        • Use role-based access appropriately

      2. Professional Conduct

        • Maintain professional boundaries in all interactions
        • Follow institutional policies regarding patient communication
        • Use the platform only for authorized purposes
