Many issues can be resolved by restarting the Komp. You can restart Komp via the app if you are the administrator.
If Komp is online:
- Go to Settings > Komp Settings in the top right corner
- Tap About Komp
- Tap Restart
It might take up to a minute for Komp to restart itself.
If Komp has no connection:
- Pull the power cable
- Wait 10 seconds
- Insert the power cable again
