With Komp Pro usage analytics, you can get an overview of how Komp is being used within your organization. This feature provides insights into engagement, helping you understand usage patterns and optimize the experience for users.

Where to find usage analytics

  1. Log in to the Komp Pro portal.
  2. Navigate to Manage > Analytics.
  3. Here, you will see an overview of Komp usage across your organization.

What you can see

From the Komp Pro usage analytics, you can see the following insights:

  • Date Filter – You can adjust the time range (e.g., "Previous 12 Months") to track trends over different periods.
  • Overview of Usage – A summary of how Komp is being used within your organization.
  • Number of Images and Messages
    • Displayed in a bar chart, showing the number of messages (yellow) and images (blue) shared over time.
    • Helps track engagement trends in content sharing.
  • Number of Video Calls
    • A line graph showing the number of video calls made per month.
    • Allows monitoring of call frequency and changes over time.
