Returns are possible for customers within the return policy timeframe and if you purchased the Komp through us or rented it from us. If you purchased the Komp through one of our resellers, you must contact them directly for the return. To return the Komp, you must submit your request within 90 days of purchase.
Fill out our return form! After you have done that, we will process your return and you will receive an email from DHL with a return label and instructions on how to schedule a pickup. It may take a few days before the email is sent, as we handle our returns manually.
If you purchased the Komp in Norway, you will receive an email from us with information and a return label from Bring.
