# Scheduling an ExorLive Workout on a Komp

#### To schedule an ExorLive workout on a Komp:

1. Log in to Komp Pro with a user who has access to the “**Calendar**” and is in the same group as the Komp device.
2. Open the “**Calendar**” tab.
3. Select the “**Training**” tab under Calendar.

4. Choose the Komp you want to schedule for. The Komp name will appear at the top, with the ExorLive user name below.
   
     - If the Komp isn’t visible, you might not have permissions, or the Komp is not connected to an ExorLive user. Contact your administrator for help.

5. Enter a title for the workout – this will show in the Komp’s day plan.
6. Choose when the training should start, whether it should repeat, and when to show the reminder.

7. Select the workout from the dropdown list.
   
     - If the workout does not appear, the ExorLive user likely doesn’t have it assigned. Log into ExorLive and add the workout there.

8. You can now adjust the message shown before the workout, add music, the video duration, and the pause length.

9. Scroll to the bottom and click “**Schedule Workout**”. The session will now appear in the Komp’s calendar.
