# Finding scheduled workouts

Scheduled ExorLive workouts show up in the calendar along with all other events.

Here’s how to find them:

- Go to the **Calendar** tab
- Use the dropdown menu to select the Komps you want to view
- Look for colored dots in the calendar – they mark scheduled activities
- Click on a day to see what’s planned
- ExorLive workouts are marked with a light blue label and a weight icon
